This is our multi-award winning documentary film Skateistan: To Live And Skate Kabul. The film has received over a million hits online and has been the official selection at a number of top film festivals across the world including Sundance 2011, SXSW 2011, Sheffield Doc/Fest 2010, One World 2011 and Full Frame 2011.

To help the execs at Grain sleep better at night we devote a considerable amount of time to working with charities. We either do this pro-bono, at cost or for a very reduced rate. Charities we work for regularly include WaterAid, Refugee youth and FC Unity.

Grain has a secret board-stepping, luvvie past and this is currently being resurrected. We have a Film Council funded film currently in post and a big comedy project in the pipeline.

We regularly produce high end and successful commercials for a number of clients who want to tap into our expertise in short-form video production.

Grain's music promo department is another growing sprout of the company. We all really enjoy the creative freedom that producing music videos allows. Give us a song and a little bit of budget and we’ll create something truly unique.

Grain’s background is very much in sports production and we are one of the UK’s leading action-sports content providers. We have filmed almost every sport imaginable and even a few that we’ve made up!

Travel is a central element of what we do. Over the past few years we have produced lots of travel content from a huge number of countries for brands, tourist boards and TV networks.
