We are proud to present our debut feature film: "We Ride; The Story of Snowboarding". In 5 months we wrote, produced, shot and cut this 90 minute 100% archive documentary. It was a gargantuan task, but we got there in the end. The film was commissioned and funded by Burn energy drink.

Branded content is a central part of what we do. Over the last few years, we have produced films for a huge number of clients.

To help the execs at Grain sleep better at night we devote a considerable amount of time to working with charities. We either do this pro-bono, at cost or for a very reduced rate. Charities we work for regularly include WaterAid, Refugee youth and FC Unity.

Grain has a secret board-stepping, luvvie past and this is currently being resurrected. We have a Film Council funded film currently in post and a big comedy project in the pipeline.

We regularly produce high end and successful commercials for a number of clients who want to tap into our expertise in short-form video production.

Grain has a vibrant and growing documentary wing. Our documentary films have won numerous awards, garnered plenty of international media attention and have been accepted into the world's most prestigious film festivals including Sundance, SXSW and Sheffield Doc/Fest.

We film a huge number of events each year for a variety of outputs including one-off TV shows, VNR feeds / newstapes, web vids, podcasts, DVDs and packages for magazine shows.

Grain is spreading its wings and stepping it up a gear to develop feature-length films, both documentary and fiction. Our snowboarding documentary We Ride has recently been released to great acclaim, and we have a comedy-drama slated for production in the spring.
