'Nasi Lemak' is our tribute to the people of Pudu Market, Kuala Lumpur. We were asked by Vimeo / the Malaysian Tourist Board to produce a film about 'food'. This was the result; a quasi musical / documentary about Malaysia's national dish, Nasi Lemak.

In 2007 we visited the Saharawi refugee camps in SW Algeria. In these sun scorched camps over 200,000 people etch out a living. Some of them have been there over 30 years and virtually no one outside of the region has ever heard of them.
